Candidates must be under the age of 40 as of September 1, 2012. We welcome your nominations now thru Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

The nominations form can be filled out and submitted two ways. They can be e-mailed to: 40under40@dailycommercial. com or snail mailed to 40 Under 40, Daily Commercial, 212 E. Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748. We cannot accept nominations via telephone.

Please tell us fill out the nomination form and include: the nominee's qualifications are and why the individual deserves to be one of the 40 under 40. We also need the person's age, workplace and place of residence as well as contact information - telephone number and email. You may also send backup information including resumes, Board Position(s), Committees or letters of recommendation.

You may nominate more than one person!

The winners will be published in a special section on Friday, September 21, 2012 in the South Lake Press edition and The Daily Commercial, Sunday, September 23, 2012. The honorees will be notified in advance of the publication and mini interviews will be included in the section along with elements from the nomination form.
