LIBRARY
The Lady Lake Library is centrally located just 2 blocks northwest of the corner of US441/27 and CR466. All residents and visitors to the area are welcome to use any materials or computers in the library. In order to check materials out, you must reside in Lake County to obtain a library card.
The library offers materials, programs and services for all age levels. Best seller books, audio books, DVDs and music CDs are available for checkout. Computer usage is free and open to anyone for Internet access,
word processing software, and online reference databases. Computer
classes, individual or lab instruction, are offered for all levels. Programs for adults, youth, and families are offered throughout the year including poetry cafes, art classes, craft classes, cooking classes, story time for toddlers, and summer reading programs for youth.
A new 20,000 square foot library is expected to begin construction in June 2008 and be completed by June 2009.

Museum
Visit the Lady Lake Historical Society Museum and find out about Lady Lake’s unique history. From 1883 to the present, find information on the Log Cabin, or the Seminole Indians who resided here, or the colorful histories of the first mayors of Lady Lake. Check out the history of the train depot of the town as well as many other unusual and surprising items of interest from Lady Lake’s history.
The Museum is located directly behind (west) the Log Cabin and the Lady Lake Chamber of Commerce located on 441 in the center of Lady Lake. For special tours or more information, contact the Lady Lake Historian at 352-259-4359.
